On the main floor are two bedrooms, one full bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room and covered wrap around lanai. Enjoy the ocean sound and breezes from the outside. The yard is fenced and nicely manicured. The hot tub is perfect for star gazing at night. There’s a nice outdoor shower too! The drive-through carport is convenient and has locking storage units.
Located in Pahoa on the east side of Hawaii Island, Zuki House is in the Hawaiian Shores neighborhood with an oceanfront park. The STVR/NUC license runs with the property and must be renewed annually. Wireless high speed internet is available. Water is piped from the Hawaiian Beaches Water Company. Power is provided by HELCO. The road is paved and the post office provides mail delivery.
